Methods of Payment 

Payment is expected on the date of service, and we accept cash, check or credit card. We require that you keep a valid credit card on file in the event we need to charge you for a late cancellation or no-show. You will always be notified if such charge will occur. Please refer to the policy below.

If you are paying by check, please write your driver's license number by your name. We ask that you verify funds are available in the account to avoid a fee of $35 and, if necessary, collection fees, and an additional 3% interest per month until payment is received.

  

Cancellation & No-Show Policy 

If you need to cancel your appointment or class reservation, we greatly appreciate you letting us know with more than 24-hours advance notice (aka, sometime before your scheduled time on the day before).

 Because True Pilates and Physiotherapy holds an appointment time or spot in class for you and you only, we maintain a firm cancellation & no-show policy. If you cancel with less than 24-hours notice (aka after your scheduled time on the day before) or simply do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled session or class. 

However, there are exceptions to the application of a cancellation/no-show charge, but we will note all late cancellations and no-shows in your account. Exceptions are as follows:

* If you are ill or have an emergency situation, we will waive the fee. We trust you will be honest in your explanation of your absence.

* When we receive your cancellation notice, we will call clients on the wait list. We will waive the fee if another client is able to take your appointment time.
